Our two-year graduate trainee programme is well-respected. From your very first day, you’ll be given plenty of responsibility, working on real projects and meeting clients. You’ll be out and about on inspections, researching the market and presenting arguments.
Depending on whether you are a RICS, non-cognate or RTPI graduate and whether you will be based in London or in one of our national offices, you will follow one of three training programmes.
RICS graduate – London based
For those graduates progressing through the commercial property practice pathway, you will have four six-month rotations providing you with hands-on experience in a range of areas, which will help you decide on the specialism you’d like to pursue in the long-term. This may also mean that you get an opportunity to work from both our London West End office and London City office.
RICS graduate – nationally based
For those graduates based in one of our national locations, you will benefit from working in a multi-disciplinary office and team. So whilst you won’t rotate between departments, you will be exposed to different disciplines within your department, giving you the opportunity to achieve all your core and optional competencies.
RICS graduate – Building Consultancy
For those graduates on a building surveying pathway, you will not rotate within the business as your competencies will be met working within the Building Consultancy department. You may be based in our London West End office or regionally.
Our RTPI graduates sit in either our London or Manchester office in the Planning and Development team. Involvement in different projects over the two years enables graduates to gain all the competencies required to qualify.
